Summary: Very nice home and we enjoyed it. Bedrooms, bathrooms, game rooms were all as pictured for the most part. However the little extra decor that is pictured (placemats, apples, floats, table decor, bedding decor, etc.) was not there. We heated the pool which was quite expensive, but they had it ready for us when we got there. Communication was very good. However, Villatel texts you every single day. The photos must have been taken when the house was brand new. There is definitely poor attention to detail when cleaning, especially the floors and carpet all over the house. The outdoor kitchen area was disgusting. Food splatters all over the walls. Charcoal and sand all around the floor of the outdoor kitchen. The pool floor needs a good vacuming. There was just all sorts of stuff at the bottom of the pool. There were hair scrunchies around the pool too. The whole outdoor patio and pool could stand a good deep clean. When cooking on the indoor stove, as you turn the knob to ignite one of the stove eyes, the igniter flickers. Which it should, but then it flickers the entire time you are cooking. The sound is like a popping sound and it does it the entire time. Someone needs to go out and fix it. I probably wouldn't stay at this house again just do to cleanliness.
